Life as a baker

Life as a baker whilst working full time is exhilarating, a race against time however my passion for creating cakes is my drive and I would not want to change this for anything.

My teaching to my kids is to pursue their passion (there could be more than one) and they will have a happy and statisfying life. It is sometimes difficult but when you are passionate about something you always find the time. My clients always ask me "how do you do it? How do you find the time?" My answer is I love making cakes and if you love doing something you will always find the time to do it. Dnt limit yourself discover other passion and keep growing.
